Menopause, Moodiness and Men
If you are a woman experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, this means that you are dealing with hot flashes, weight gain, irregular periods, mood swings and / or other symptoms typical in middle-aged women.
Very often these symptoms are disturbing because you're entering a new stage in your life and you are not sure what to expect. Your mood can be the result of decreases in hormone levels but it is also important to understand that it is not unusual to experience daily life events can also cause stress, depression or irritability.

Its portfolio is not where he said. Unfortunately, it is our nature to nurture and care for our husbands, so stop what we are doing and hot coffee, find a shirt or purse lost. But it is so important that you also take care of yourself during this time. If it means neglecting your spouse needs from time to time, so be it. If your partner is in a bad mood, do not let him bring you down. Remember, you do not need to have their happiness to make you happy. Walk away. If you are allowed to enter in a confrontation or argument, you'll only hurt yourself, sending your blood pressure sky high and feeling emotionally and physically exhausted. If you're not there to absorb the negative feelings, you only need to get over it, right?
Your Body is going through tremendous changes and needs to be well attended. If you continue to foster all the others and leave no time for yourself, there is a high probability that your hormones, in combination with the many stressors have face every day will lead to depression. Not only can depression make you feel tired, sad and hopeless, but can also lead to physical, well as heart disease and bone loss.
Since most of our fellow loves us and continues to be attracted by the child in them, it is unlikely that we will be the elimination of this particular "pain-in-our-you-know-what" anytime soon. But because you're a strong woman mature, capable and beautiful, it is crucial to remain that way by encouraging your body, eat healthy, exercise regularly and take time for yourself. Within a few years you be beyond this period of transition and if you do what is recommended feel more energetic and enjoy life to the fullest.
